TROUBLE SHOOTING

If your solar light does not come on at dusk despite following all instructions, please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the solar light is not affected by any other light source
  2. Ensure the solar light does not stand in the shade all day
  3. Make sure the switch is in the “AUTO” position (If Applicable)
  4. Check that the batteries are installed correctly

    Hi, I put new batteries in my solar lights that I took in for the winter, now the light stay on and won't go out, what can be done, I've held the sensor to a bright light and it just stays on. Hope you can help Thank

    Purchased the Solar Patriotic Lantern with Shepherd's Hook on 6/12/2021. Worked ok for a month then stopped working. Tried replacing batteries and putting in another location where would get just a bit more sun but still not operational. Looks like I'm out $11.00.
