If you have purchased an item of ours from Menards, please check with your local store if you are within the warranty period, as we are located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and it would be faster if you returned your product to the store, instead of waiting for us to ship you a new unit. Please note that Menards has a 90 day return policy, with proof of receipt.
